Hello and welcome to my website. My name is Paula Gartland, I am a Qualified Counsellor and am an Advanced Trainee Clinical Child and Adolescent Psychotherapist. I have included information to help you decide whether I am the right person to work with you. If you are visiting my website it is very likely that you are looking for some support to help with some difficulties in your life. If you feel that I may be the right person to support you through these difficulties, please do not hesitate to contact me. Finding a counsellor or psychotherapist who suits you is important but it is not always easy. To help with this I provide a thirty minute consultation with no obligation.
If you do make further appointments you would be required to to sign a contract which will outline the service I provide. If you decide I am the right person you can contact me via the contact box below or by phone.
